Our portfolio encompasses a wide range of building types, including commercial, industrial, residential, institutional, and municipal projects. We are experienced in new construction, renovations, additions, adaptive reuse, and projects requiring technical upgrades or coordination within existing buildings. Across all project types, our work is defined by well-proportioned design, efficient planning, and a strong understanding of construction methods, permitting processes, and cost-effective solutions.
At R. Ritz Architect Inc., we approach every project with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to creating functional, durable, and meaningful spaces. We take pride in understanding the diverse needs of building users—whether the project involves public facilities, workspaces, community buildings, or specialized environments. Sightlines, circulation, layout, and material selections are carefully considered to ensure each space is intuitive, safe, and welcoming. This user-focused approach guides our design process regardless of scale or building type, resulting in thoughtful, well-crafted architecture that meets both practical and long-term needs.
